Master Masturbation and Prolong your stamina

Try different positions
Sex position can plays an important role in holding the ejaculation.  You will have to find out which position suits you and helps you last longer. It differs from person to person.

Tips to a Healthy Diet - PART 2

Avoid Junk Food. Eating junk foods is like an addiction. Junk food can be bought within a short time and it tastes better as well. That’s what makes people consume more of it. Again, self control comes into play.
Don’t skip breakfast.  A healthy breakfast and eating small, healthy meals throughout the day will keep your energy up throughout the day.  Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.  It provides some of the vitamins and minerals we need for good health.
Cut down on saturated fat and sugar. Sugary foods and drinks, including alcoholic drinks, are high in calories, and could result in weight gain. They may also cause tooth decay. Cut down on sugary fizzy drinks, alcoholic drinks, biscuits, pastries and cakes, which contain added sugars: this is the kind of sugar we should be cutting down on rather than sugars that are found naturally in foods such as fruit and milk.
Follow these tips to ensure a happier and longer life. It is not too late to set your goal to meet your fitness needs.

Tips to a Healthy Diet - PART 1

Our body reflects what we eat.  Eating healthy food promotes good health and unhealthy food habits lead to a diseased body. It has been observed that many individuals start gaining weight rather than losing it once when they join gym.  This is because they think that exercising will negate the harmful effects of carbohydrates and calories in the food that they consume.  Diet plays a key role in weight loss, even more than exercising.
Take Control of What You Eat. Self control is one of the key factors to a healthy diet.  Learn not to lose control in a restaurant or a friend's home. Remember, you don’t have to eat just because it’s put in front of you.
Eat a lot of Fruits, Vegetables, Beans and whole grains.  Eat plenty of high-fibre foods—that are, fruits, vegetables, beans, and whole grains. These are the "good" carbohydrates—nutritious, filling, and relatively low in calories. Fruits are called the goldmine of vitamins, minerals and fibre. Including fruits in your diet is one sure way to a healthier body. They can be beneficial in a lot of ways.  Fruits help you lose weight and also become more energetic.
Drink plenty of water. Water helps us to get rid of the body of waste which is very important during weight loss, since the body has a lot more waste to get rid of. Adequate water helps flush out the waste.
Stay tuned for the second part.
